I am a web designer with more than seven years of experience. During this time, I have worked as a web designer in a company, on my own doing freelance work and also as a project manager, which has lead me to acquire a global view of the website creation process.
The websites that I have worked on and am currently working on are made to respect web standards and principles of usability and accessibility as much as possible.
About this site
CarlosCuellar.net is the personal website of Carlos Cuéllar. It includes a portfolio with project descriptions, and a blog with random notes from the author.
This site is made with the latest web standards HTM5 and CSS3 from W3C. The publishing system used is Textpattern, a powerful and flexible CMS, and the layout and styles are based on Bootstrap, a new toolkit from Twitter designed to kickstart development of webapps and sites. All the code and markup in this site has been made with TextMate, my favorite text editor for Mac OSX. All the graphics have been created with Adobe Illustrator CS5 and Adobe Fireworks CS5.
This site has been tested and is supported in modern browsers like Chrome, Safari, Opera (11+), Internet Explorer (7+) and Firefox (4+).
